With an easy access, on the quiet South Deeside Road, Knocks Cottage is within walking distance of the amenities of Ballater.
Perfect for a family holiday, this charming 19th century cottage is very well appointed, including ensuite facilities and TVs in all three bedrooms. It is surrounded by Balmoral Estate woodland, with ample private parking.
The maximum occupancy for Knocks Cottage is 7 guests - this requires one person to sleep on the futon in the super king bedroom. Please note that the super king size bed can be split into twin beds, if required.
Bookings at this property are on a Saturday to Saturday basis.

The cottage is set in a peaceful setting with extensive gardens equipped with a picnic table with bench seating for at least six, BBQ, chiminea and garden chairs provided.
