Digital Photography Holiday

In the autumn months the scenery at Balmoral is enchanting and this is why we have decided to host a digital photography course with Jim Henderson. This is essentially an Intermediate Level Course giving you the chance to explore the key elements of photography and getting the best out of your new digital camera.

This will be achieved through field trips, using computers and photographic software, illustrated lectures and discussion. The shared experience with fellow students is enhanced by our experienced professional photographer and tutor who offers instruction, hands on example and constructive feedback together with advice.

This year we have the following dates planned for the digital photography holiday:-

Sunday 2nd November until Saturday 8th November 2008

When you arrive in the afternoon you can settle into your room before getting together with the other guests for an evening meal in The Pipers Hall. After dinner Jim Henderson, your tutor, will run through the plans for the week and then you will have the chance to stroll around the grounds of Balmoral Castle before retiring for the evening and preparing for the week ahead.

On the final day the course finishes and we say our fond farewells after breakfast. If required we can collect you and take you back to the airport or railway station in Aberdeen.
