We are please to offer our new Hall of Names and Heraldry service. Each scroll is printed on parchment paper and is sold with an individual certificate number and a gold seal guaranteeing the authenticity. 

A bibliography detailing where we find out the information is printed on the back and is a great place to start if you are looking to research your name in any more depth.

Choose from an armorial history depicting your coat of arms with surname details, a scroll depicting your coat of arms, a scroll detailing information on your surname, your clan history or an anniversary double, which depicts two coats of arms.

Coat of Arms and Surname History

The Armorial History combines our time tested surname history at the bottom of the scroll with a full colour rendition of the earliest coat of arms once associated with a bearer of the surname.

The history includes a wealth of information including the origin of the name usually pre 1100), spelling variations, early movements of the name during the Middle Ages, what lands they owned.

Surname History

We currently have a collection of over 500,000 surname histories for people of English, Welsh, Irish, Scottish, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Ukranian, Russian, Portuguese, Dutch, Jewish, Norwegian, Danish, French Canadian and Chinese origin; with new names and origins being added all the time!

Every surname history is over 1,800 words long and is printed on an A3 parchment scroll. The scroll work was beautifully illustrated by a noted artist with a particular concern for heraldic detail. The border shows typical heraldic symbols, making it both informative as well as decorative.
